I had a mixed experience at Rarin Jinda Wellness Spa Resort. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, but I faced issues with the air conditioning and WiFi. While the service from the front desk was commendable, the breakfast experience was not as satisfying as I had hoped.
Rooms
8.0
My room was beautiful and spacious, complete with a large bathroom and a nice balcony overlooking the pool. The decor was local and cozy, making it feel luxurious, though I did have some air-conditioning issues initially.
Service
7.0
The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. However, the concierge service could use some improvement with communication.
Location
7.0
The resort is nicely located by the Ping River, with some decent restaurants within walking distance. It wasn't too close to the main attractions, but the hotel does offer a shuttle service to the Night Bazaar, which was convenient.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was a bit of a letdown for me. The selection was average and some of the hot foods weren't warm enough. I do hear that others enjoyed the meal, but it just didn't stand out during my visit.
Facilities
6.0
The spa area was really nice, especially the hydrotherapy pool, which I found out about later in my stay. The gym was very basic, though, and I expected more considering the hotel's upscale vibe.

I had a mixed experience at Rarin Jinda Wellness Spa Resort. The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, but some aspects of my stay left much to be desired. While I enjoyed the hydrotherapy pool in the spa, the location was a bit far from the main attractions, and I found the breakfast options lacking. Overall, it was a clean hotel but with a few glaring issues that hindered a perfect stay.
Rooms

My second room was lovely, featuring dark tones and a gorgeous bathroom (the balcony overlooking the pool was a nice touch too!). However, the air conditioning in the first room left something to be desired.
Service
7.0
The staff were generally polite and responsive to my requests. They swiftly upgraded my room without hesitation, which I appreciated. Still, I found the concierge service to be less than helpful at times.
Location
6.0
The resort is in a decent location, within walking distance to the night market and old city. However, it's a bit out of the way for other attractions, which made it less convenient than I had hoped.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was typically across the street and lacked variety and quality (it didn't really excite me at all). I found the offerings to be mediocre at best, which was disappointing given the beautiful surroundings.
Facilities
7.0
While the hydrotherapy pool at the spa was amazing (I wish I had discovered it earlier in my stay!), the pool area lacked adequate service, which made it cumbersome to order refreshments.

I had a really nice time at Rarin Jinda Wellness Spa Resort, though there were a couple of hiccups. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city but still quiet enough to relax. The spa treatments were fabulous, but I found them to be a bit pricey. Overall, it's a beautiful place that balances luxury with good value.
Rooms

My room was spacious with a nice balcony and a separate shower and bathtub, perfect for unwinding. The lighting could've been improved, but it didn't take away from my overall enjoyment.
Service

The staff was super attentive, responding quickly to my requests. However, the initial check-in experience could've been better with a welcome drink to greet me.

The resort is in a fab spot, close to the old city and just a short walk from a night market. I loved being by the Ping River, which added to the overall charm.
Dining

Breakfast was served across the street at Deck 1, which provided a decent selection of both Western and Thai dishes. It could use a bit more variety to please everyone, though.
Facilities

The spa and hydro pool were amazing, providing me with a great relaxation experience. There was room service and a shuttle service available, which made things really convenient.

I had a mixed but overall enjoyable stay at Rarin Jinda Wellness Spa Resort. The location was lovely and relaxing, close enough to the night bazaar to walk. The breakfast offered a wide variety, especially the fresh egg station and delicious desserts. However, I encountered a few cleanliness issues in my room, which detracted from the overall experience.

My room was spacious and beautifully designed, but I did notice some cleanliness issues, like blood stains on pillows that needed to be addressed. The ambiance was nice, but the occasional darkness and mosquitoes were a slight drawback.

The hotel's location was fantastic, right along the Ping river, with lovely nearby cafes, shops, and bars. It truly felt like a relaxing retreat while still being a short walk from the vibrant night market.

I had a wonderful time during my stay at Rarin Jinda Wellness Spa Resort. The spa treatments were absolutely divine, especially the hot stone massage which truly alleviated my tension. However, I faced some issues with cleanliness in my room and the breakfast options could use improvement. Overall, it's a beautiful place but there's room for better upkeep.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always attentive to my needs. However, housekeeping could have been a bit more thorough, as some items were left unattended in my room.

I loved the location right on the river, making it quite tranquil. It was also close enough to the night bazaar for a quick visit, which I appreciated.
Dining

The restaurant had a lovely view by the river, but the breakfast offerings weren't up to par, as many items were served cold unless freshly ordered.
